Shipping Policy
At APSMILE, we are committed to providing reliable and convenient shipping options for our customers. Please review the information below for details about order processing, shipping costs, delivery times, and available destinations.
Order Processing
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST will be processed and shipped within 3 business days.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing time: 1–3 business days.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with your order.
Shipping to the United States
We currently ship to the contiguous United States (48 states).
We do not currently guarantee standard shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or certain remote islands and outlying areas.

Free shipping applies to orders of $99 or more shipped to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States.
The estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Currently, we do not offer an expedited shipping option.
International Shipping
We currently offer standard shipping to selected international destinations, including:
Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Ukraine, Russia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Hungary, North Macedonia, Luxembourg, San Marino, Serbia, Andorra, Greece, Latvia, Moldova, Monaco, Slovakia, Slovenia, Guernsey, Estonia, Belarus, Gibraltar, Kosovo, Lithuania, Romania, Albania, Malta, Montenegro, and other eligible destinations available at checkout.
If your country or region is not available at checkout, we currently do not offer shipping to that destination.

Free international shipping applies to orders of $399 or more shipped to eligible international destinations.
The estimated delivery time is 12–18 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Currently, we do not offer an expedited international shipping option.
All international orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. Applicable customs duties and import taxes are covered by APSMILE, so customers will not be required to pay additional duties or import taxes upon delivery.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are calculated in business days and do not include weekends or public holidays.
- Order processing: 1–3 business days
- U.S. standard shipping: 3–7 business days after shipment
- International standard shipping: 12–18 business days after shipment
Actual delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, customs clearance, carrier delays, incorrect or incomplete shipping information, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Carriers
Depending on the destination and order, we may use carriers including Amazon Logistics, UPS, USPS, FedEx, and other reliable shipping providers.
The carrier used for your order may vary depending on the destination, fulfillment location, and order.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with your order.
Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the package has been handed over to the carrier.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not guarantee standard shipping to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- U.S. territories
- Certain remote islands and outlying areas
For international orders, available destinations are determined by the shipping address entered at checkout.
If a destination is not available at checkout, we currently do not offer shipping to that location.
