Order Cancellation
Customer-initiated Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via contact@apsmile.com as soon as possible before the order is shipped.
For orders that have not yet been dispatched, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Once your order has been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible. However, you may request a return after receiving the items.
Merchant-initiated Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled by us under the following circumstances:
- The ordered item is out of stock or unavailable for supply
- The order information is incorrect or cannot be verified
- The order is suspected of being fraudulent
